Job summary

MeJuvante GmbH is seeking a permanent IT-security project lead to drive regulated security initiatives end-to-end, including network security, encryption, and IAM.

You will own planning, budgeting, quality, and audit trails, deliver hands-on architecture decisions, coordinate remediation of audit findings, and report to management.

• Experience leading IT-security projects end-to-end
• Ability to manage regulated security initiatives and comply with governance
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and audit teams

Responsibilities

• Own planning, steering and control of IT-security projects to a formal project-management guideline
• Deliver network-security, transport-encryption, IDS/IPS, SIEM, PAM, IAM and vulnerability-management projects
• Secure project goals across time, quality and cost
• Prepare management and board decisions, including architecture decisions
• Close audit findings and coordinate remediation across all affected protocols and systems
• Keep a targeted information flow to the team, stakeholders, second line of defence and auditors
• Run requirements and change management, test management, quality management and go-live/handover to line
