Protodigy in Hamburg seeks a vision-driven Compliance Architect to build and own a security platform from the ground up. You will craft the ISMS, drive BSI C5 and ISO 27001 certifications, and automate the internal platform, shaping the technical ecosystem for patient-centered AI tools.

You must have hands-on platform engineering experience (3+ years) and strong German (B2+). Hybrid work is required in Hamburg (2–3 days on-site).

The Mission: Build It, Secure It, Own It

You aren’t just inheriting a tech stack, you are forging the compliance and security backbone of AI tools that directly impact patient care. Your mandate is clear: design the ISMS from scratch, lead the charge on BSI C5 and ISO 27001 certifications, and ruthlessly automate the internal platform. You will not merely administer established environments; you will architect their evolution.

The Absolute Non-Negotiables

Do not apply if you do not check every single box below. There is zero flexibility here:

Compliance Architect: You must have a proven track record of building (not just maintaining) BSI C5 and ISO 27001 frameworks and actively running the certifications.

Identity Mastermind: Deep, hands-on command of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, IAM (RBAC, SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and Microsoft 365.

Tooling Overlord: Expert administration and optimization of Jira, Confluence, and Git (GitHub/GitLab).

Experience & Language: Minimum 3 years in hands-on platform engineering with at least B2+ German proficiency.

Location Reality: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (2–3 days on-site). Fully remote is not an option.
