What you can expect:
- You will take on a responsible role in the maintenance of identity management and access management for our IAM system.
- You will be a key player within relevant integration projects and play a decisive role in shaping the further development and expansion of the IAM system (e.g. implementation of new interfaces).
- You are the central point of contact within the entire organization for all technical aspects related to IAM. Our goal is to handle as much as possible in-house. However, if necessary, we will also use external resources for targeted support.
- You will be in charge for controlling,, and ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the cloud-based IAM platform.
- You will reliably process incoming service requests, thereby ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Based on change management, you will play a very active role in the process design and optimization of the IAM system.
- You will contribute to the strategic development of our IAM roadmap in close collaboration with business units, IT security, and the enterprise architecture team.
- You will identify and evaluate new trends and technologies in IAM, translating them into actionable implementations for further development of our systems.
- You will conduct process reviews and workshops with stakeholders to drive continual improvement and optimize IAM-related workflows.
What you bring with you:
- You have a few years of experience with one of the common identity and access management systems such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc. (cloud environment is an advantage) and Microsoft EntraID.
- You have a good knowledge of JavaScript and at least a basic understanding of some programming languages in the security-environment.
- You have a good knowledge of SAML, REST API, OpenID Connect, SCIM. Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Topics such as automation solutions, maintainability, security, and reliability of services are very important to you.
- You are very communicative with service providers, the business, and other teams within Group IT. In this context you are able to record requirements in a targeted manner and ensure successful knowledge transfer with clear and conscientious documentation and communication.
- You monitor technological trends in IAM, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- You are a proactive person who enjoys working in a team, combined with a confident manner and assertiveness; you are characterized by your structured, strategic and customer-oriented approach to work.
- Since we operate in a very international environment you should be able to communicate in English fluently. Basic knowledge of German is a plus. Travel is limited to a few well-planned business trips per year.
