What you’ll do

• Driving the design and continuous improvement of integrated CPQ solutions and processes in close collaboration with Business Partners and Global Process Owners.
• Creating, extending, and rolling out templates to Knauf entities worldwide.
• Consulting on the optimization of CPQ processes and designing IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets.
• Defining technical specifications for software development (e.g., standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and managing the life cycle of designed solutions.
• Analyzing new features of regular CPQ releases from the software provider, identifying best practices in the market, and supporting agile implementation and acceptance processes.

Who you are

• Experience in designing, implementing, and improving IT-based CPQ processes in multinational industrial organizations.
• Expertise in CPQ implementations and the ability to identify challenges in integrated process design.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ software market leaders and their integration into overall customer and user experiences, as well as other corporate IT solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to define technical specifications and manage the life cycle of solutions.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
