Zusammenfassung

TT-Line is seeking an IT Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d) for its Travemünde headquarters to lead the cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response across IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, vulnerability management, audits, and training to promote a strong security culture in a dynamic maritime setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and incident response.

• Monitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigations, and recovery activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose risk mitigation measures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to secure projects and new tech implementations.
• Coordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity and cyber resilience initiatives.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture.

Tasks

For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a: IT Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)

The area of responsibility includes:

• Implement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework
• Monitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigation, and recovery activities
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Lead vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability assessments, prioritization, remediation planning, and verification
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure security is integrated into projects and new technology implementations
• Coordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security audits
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience initiatives
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization
• Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, and risk presentations for executive management
• Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives

Requirements

To be expected:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Several years of hands‐on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security
• Strong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:
• ISO/IEC 27001
• NIS2
• Hands‐on experience with Microsoft security technologies
• Strong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring
• Good understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and Zero Trust principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
