• Professional experience as IT-Administrator in a production or 24/7/365 environment.
• Strong knowledge of server and application virtualization (VMware vSphere).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies (AD, Exchange, Intune, O365).
• Project management experience, preferably with cross-location responsibilities.
• Team player, responsible, and service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and good English proficiency.

IT-Administrator* Position at MEGGLE Bakery GmbH

Join the MEGGLE team in Gebesee as a full-time IT-Administrator, responsible for ensuring a secure and highly available IT infrastructure for our bakery operations and for supporting global sites.

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• 30 vacation days per year
• 24/7 on-call support for critical IT services
• Located in Gebesee, Thüringen

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor a highly available virtualized server environment based on VMware vSphere, SAN storage, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online environments.
• Configure and support client and server infrastructure, including printers, telephony, and network services.
• Implement IT security measures, including policy enforcement and threat monitoring.
• Monitor server and database (MS SQL) performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate and supervise external IT service partners.
• Contribute to cross-location and cross-department projects.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support and participate in on-call rotations.
