Zusammenfassung

BSI is seeking a Lead Auditor to conduct audits for key clients, ranging from SMEs to global super brands. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, with the ability to establish strong relationships and conduct audits both on-site and remotely.

The position requires fluency in English and German, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. Previous auditing experience is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Base salary: 56,000 Euro gross annually

The role

• Auditing key clients ranging from SMEs to global super brands, building relationships, learning about their business and products and helping them continually reassess and improve their performance.
• Carrying out audits both on site and remotely.
• Auditing organizations or products against relevant national and international management standards.
• Auditing mainly against ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.

Your background

If you are a certified ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, you can immediately start helping our clients. If not, we will design a training program for you.

To be successful you need:

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and 22301.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Passion, commitment and energy.
• Client‑centric approach.

Nice to have

• Previous auditing experience.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts or enterprise accounts.
• Proven project delivery skills.
• Previous experience as a consultant.
• Extensive expertise across a wide range of sectors.
• Background within healthcare is preferred.
