Zusammenfassung

Mynaric AG in Germany is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk - Incoming. You will receive incoming goods from forwarding agents, verify the paperwork and ensure labels match the Purchase Order.

You will coordinate quality checks, store and distribute materials, and record all bookings in the inventory system. Fluent German and English are expected; a Class B driving license is required; join a growing team in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as an inventory control clerk or warehouse clerk.
• Familiar with logistical processes in high-tech manufacturing.
• Reliable, structured and independent way of working.
• Valid driving license class B.

Aufgaben

• Receive incoming goods and verify paperwork against the Purchase Order.
• Route goods for technical quality inspection when required.
• Responsible for internal distribution and proper storage of materials.
• Record bookings in the inventory management system.
• Support conformity checks and classify goods for customs (RoHS, REACH); obtain documents from suppliers and authorities.
• Understand requirements for checking Conformity of Incoming Goods including quality and traceability.
• Communicate receiving blockers to internal customers and peers to ensure timely resolution.
• Carry out warehouse inventory counts and document them per legal and internal requirements.

• You receive incoming goods from forwarding agents and service providers and subject them to an identity check – checking the delivery paperwork matches the labels matches the Purchase Order


• You pass on the goods - where necessary - for technical quality inspection and track their timely return


• You are responsible for the internal distribution and proper storage of the materials


• You carry out all relevant bookings in inventory management system


• You support product conformity checks and the classification of goods in the customs tariff and obtain the relevant documents from suppliers (e.g. RoHS, REACH) and authorities (e.g. BTI)


• You understand the relevant requirements for checking the Conformity of Incoming Goods – including Quality and Traceability concepts


• You have experience communicating receiving blockers to your internal customers and peers to ensure timely addressing of these issues


• You carry out warehouse inventory counts and document them in accordance with legal and internal requirements

• You have successfully completed training or further training as an inventory control clerk/ warehouse clerk or similar profession


• You are familiar with logistical processes in high-tech companies and understand how critical inventory control is in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


• You are characterized by a reliable, structured and independent way of working


• You are an absolute team player and are interested in helping to shape a growing area


• You are interested in Lean Manufacturing Methods and process improvements


• You have a valid driving license (at least class B)


• Good German and English skills complete your profile
