You will prepare KPIs, reports, and management analyses to support operational decisions, facilitate meetings with stakeholders, and contribute to cross‑functional optimization initiatives while developing skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel in a dynamic logistics setting.

• Acquiring practical skills with a focus on conducting and evaluating data analyses along production and freight flows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Preparing key performance indicators, reports, and management analyses to support operational decisions
• Preparing, facilitating, and following up on performance meetings with various stakeholders
• Collaborating on the analysis, management, and resolution of operational challenges, as well as actively supporting the identification of solutions and the implementation of corrective actions
• Supporting cross-functional process optimization initiatives
• Contributing to the implementation and further development of safety measures
• Participating in work meetings and workshops

Requirements

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, production engineering, data analytics, or a comparable field of study
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data
• Use of existing skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) under professional guidance
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or comparable analytics tools is a plus
• A structured and independent work style, as well as a high degree of initiative
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor, especially when facilitating meetings
• Ability to work well in a team and an interest in operational production and logistics processes
• Very good German language skills
