Zusammenfassung

Scalable Capital GmbH in Munich seeks an Internship Non-Financial Risk Management (m/f/x) to support day-to-day risk and incident management, reporting and action tracking. You will assist 1st Line of Defense, contribute to KRI monitoring and RCSA processes, and prepare senior-management reports.

The role requires a current Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance or economics, 3+ months, and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills with English communication. German knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• You are studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
• You are available for min. 3 months internship
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Workspace
• You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
• You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English, German language is advantageous

• You support day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including: ensuring risk and incident reporting, quality review and challenging, monitoring implementation of mitigating actions, reconciliation of incidents
• You support control testing by identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
• You support monitoring and improvement of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
• You support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
• You create reports for senior management and managing directors
• You contribute to ad-hoc project topics, as required
