Job summary

Henkel is offering a six-month full-time internship at its headquarters in Düsseldorf as part of LOCTITE Pulse’s digital solution rollout. The role targets students in early semesters of business or engineering studies with strong English and German skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

You will work in an agile unit, support sales activities, develop business cases, and help shape the partner and distribution strategy.

Qualifications

• Student in early semesters of business-related or engineering-related studies.
• Practical experience in a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German (B2 minimum).
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; comfortable using AI tools.
• Willing to work full-time internship at HQ in Düsseldorf starting January 2027 for six months.

About this Position

LOCTITE Pulse is Henkel Adhesive Technologies's new digital solution portfolio targeting the Predictive Maintenance market of various industries. This internship will allow you to support the roll-out of new digital solutions with the goal of establishing sustainable growth for this new portfolio.

What you´ll do

• Work in an agile innovation unit and benefit from Henkel’s local infrastructure, global organization, and valuable exposure to business operations and professional networks
• Get involved in both strategic and hands‑on tasks: from supporting sales and customer‑facing activities to co‑developing strategic approaches to establish sustainable growth of this new portfolio
• Support the business development team by building business cases that demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing products
• Support the development of a partner and sales distribution strategy
• Assist with the LOCTITE Pulse marketing campaigns and the customer journey
• Take ownership and use your initiative to continuously improve internal processes by analyzing challenges, suggesting optimizations, and implementing practical solutions within the team

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
