Henkel is seeking a highly motivated student for a full-time six-month internship at our Düsseldorf headquarters starting in October/November 2026. You will help bring the Global DEI Symposium 2027 to life, create impactful materials, and track DEI KPIs with storytelling insights.

You will collaborate across countries and functions, develop engaging content, and contribute to diverse internal initiatives during the year.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled student in business-related studies
• Interest in DEI, culture and future of work
• Fluent in English and German
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• Strong presentation, storytelling and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Proactive, reliable team player with stakeholder management
• Available for full-time internship at Henkel's Düsseldorf headquarters starting Oct/Nov 2026 for six months

Aufgaben

• Help bring Global DEI Symposium 2027 to life from ideas through to event delivery, including agenda, speakers and logistics

About this Position

Join our Team and turn our global DEI strategy into real experiences, helping us develop concepts, projects, trainings and communication formats that employees can actually connect with.

What you’ll do

• Help bring our Global DEI Symposium 2027 to life, from first ideas through to event delivery, covering agenda, speakers, communications, participant experience, content and logistics
• Create content that looks and feels good, including presentations, event materials, visuals and communications for different audiences
• Spot what’s next in DEI, researching trends, best practices and fresh ideas from inside and outside the company
• Work with data and insights, helping us track D&B KPIs and turn numbers into clear stories and recommendations
• Collaborate across countries, businesses and functions, working with colleagues from our global D&B network and beyond
• Get involved in other global initiatives and projects, depending on what is happening throughout the year

What makes you a good fit

• Student, who is currently enrolled and has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
• Genuine interest in DEI, culture, people topics, and the future of work
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Creative, curious, and analytical mindset with an interest in content creation, communication, and marketing
• Proactive, reliable, and self-driven team player with strong stakeholder management skills
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting October or November 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
