Fever, the world-leading live entertainment platform, is seeking a paid internship in Berlin. You will support Fever Originals, assisting the project manager with daily tasks, and contribute to creating one-of-a-kind events and experiences.

This role requires a hands-on mindset, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work within budget while meeting deadlines. You will thrive in a fast-growing, diverse team and have opportunities for growth from day one.

Aufgaben

• Participate in all aspects of event productions: pre-production, vendor selection, staff planning, onsite and post-event wrap-up.
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment on deliverables.
• Manage multiple productions and help scale Candlelight projects against team targets.
• Deep dive into budgets of different scales.
• Venue research and booking.
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports and invoicing.

As part of the Fever Originals team , you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

This position will support Fever Originals' team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences.

The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment and events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget .

Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up
• Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
• Manage multiple productions and help scale Candlelight projects against team targets
• Deep dive in budgets of different scales
• Venue research and booking
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong fluency in German and English
• Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions
• Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
• Collaborative and willing to "get hands dirty"
• Availability to travel
