Stryker invites a student to join the R&D Lifecycle Management team for a six-month full-time internship in Schönkirchen near Kiel, Germany. You will support digital transformation initiatives, build dashboards with Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate, and help optimize data processes.

This role offers mentoring, flexible hours, and hands-on projects with real-world impact in a global MedTech environment. Strong English and German skills (B2) are a plus.

Your Mission

Join Stryker's R&D Lifecycle Management team and contribute to projects that help improve how critical product information is managed across the organization. As part of this MedTech internship, you will support digital transformation initiatives, work with modern analytics tools, and help optimize business processes that support product quality and compliance. From your first day, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, collaborate with specialists across multiple functions, and gain practical experience in data analytics, automation, and process improvement. What You'll Do

• Support the migration and improvement of product lifecycle data within modern digital systems.

What You'll Bring

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of Excel and an interest in data analytics and process improvement.

• Initial experience with Power BI, Excel Macros, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or previous internships.

• Interest in Power Automate, automation concepts, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Good English language skills (minimum B2), good German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus.
