Peec AI in Berlin offers a rolling internship program across product, GTM, talent, HR, or operations. You’ll own clearly defined workstreams from day one and contribute to growth with senior mentors.

We seek Bachelor’s or Master’s students with 1–2 internships in startups or related fields, who are highly organized, curious about technology, and eager to collaborate with kind, hardworking teammates. Compensation €3K and a vibrant Berlin office.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, VC, consulting, product management, or talent/HR.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong curiosity about startups and technology.
• Kind, collaborative, and hardworking with empathy and openness.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR-related functions

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly

• High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams

• Most importantly: we care deeply about working with genuinely kind, collaborative, and hard-working people who make the team better through empathy and openness
