Mistral is seeking an International Mobility Lead to own and develop our cross-border mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on moves and assignments.

You will act as the key contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, compliance requirements and business needs while coordinating immigration, tax, social security and payroll with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth mobility journey.

• Good knowledge of mobility topics, including immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment, benefits.
