Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Germany to manage day-to-day operations for multiple entities and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

You will prepare periodic financial reports, support VAT filings, and coordinate with auditors while leveraging SAP/Oracle/Netsuite and Excel, with English as the primary business language.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and group reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration across teams and countries.

• Review and submit VAT and other tax declarations, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax obligations, including coordination with local providers for the preparation of transfer pricing studies and related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local accounting service providers.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements, including bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within an international or multicompany environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and group reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and countries.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
