Zusammenfassung

Freese AG in Bremen is seeking a versatile liaison to support our sales team on international projects from an office-based role.

You will coordinate quotations, orders and tenders, liaise with customers and internal departments, and help manage pricing, ERP, and CRM workflows. Proficiency in MS Office, English and German required; experience in internal sales and international environment preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration.
• Experience in internal sales, sales support, or order processing.
• Ideally international environment experience.
• Strong business sense and numeracy.
• Organised, structured, independent and reliable work ethic.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/stock management is advantageous.
• German and English written and spoken fluency.

You’ll be taking on a a versatile liaison role between the sales department, customers and internal specialist departments and you will actively support international projects and contracts from an office-based role.

How to get involved

• Supporting sales managers in their day-to-day operations and with projects
• Preparation, tracking and commercial review of quotations and orders
• Providing independent support to international clients
• Coordination of order processing and the worldwide dispatch of our products
• Review and evaluation of tenders, specifications and tender documents
• Involvement in pricing, cost assessment and costing

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
• Work experience in internal sales, sales support, order processing or as a project assistant
• Ideally, experience in an international environment
• A sound understanding of business and a confident approach to working with figures
• Organised, with a structured, independent and reliable approach to work
• Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with ERP, stock management or CRM systems would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English
