We have established ourselves throughout Europe in the sale of our packaging products and packaging machines. Now we are looking for reinforcement for our Home of Packaging in Erftstadt!

Internal sales representative for packaging materials and packaging machines

Your responsibilities in internal sales:

• Actively acquiring new customers and providing customer support by telephone to convince potential customers of the benefits of our packaging films, build long‑term business relationships, and increase sales.
• Preparing individual quotes and negotiating contracts.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database.

What you bring to the table:

• Enjoy talking on the phone and have a hands‑on mentality.
• Experience in telephone sales or a similar sales position is an advantage but not a must.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness on the phone.
• High level of customer focus and ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of the packaging industry is desirable but not essential.
