applike group is seeking a Talent Intelligence Intern to empower recruiters with market data and insights. You will partner with the Talent Intelligence Lead, Talent Operations Lead and a diverse recruiting team across the Applike Group.

The role suits someone who loves data, spotting patterns and turning complex information into clear, actionable reports. Depending on availability, it can be an Internship or Working Student position.

About the Role

As our Talent Intelligence Intern, you will be the analytical engine supporting our recruiting teams with the crucial market data they need to hire top talent. You'll work closely with our Talent Intelligence Lead, Talent Operations Lead and a diverse group of recruiters who hire across all companies within the Applike Group.

This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. By managing day-to-day research requests, you will directly empower our recruiters to make faster, more informed decisions. Depending on your availability and current studies, this role can be structured as either an Internship or a Working Student position.

What You Will Do

• Research & Investigate: Fulfill direct requests from recruiters by pulling data on talent pool sizes, location viability, competitor hiring trends, and market availability.

• Synthesize & Present: Transform raw data into clear, easily digestible reports. You will act as a filter, ensuring recruiters get the exact right level of detail they need without being overwhelmed by unnecessary data.

• Identify Patterns: Keep a keen eye on the details as you pull reports, proactively spotting trends or shifts in the talent market that could impact our hiring efforts.

• Collaborate & Align: Partner seamlessly with both the Talent Intelligence Lead and the wider recruiting team to understand the core requirements of open roles and exactly what market insights will help fill them.

Who You Are

• Analytical Curiosity: You have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting patterns. You love digging into research and uncovering the "why" behind the numbers.

• Exceptional Communication: Professional fluency in English. You know how to tailor your communication to your audience, presenting data clearly and concisely to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Relevant Background: Experience with market research, data collection, or basic data analysis is a huge plus.

• Industry Interest: A basic understanding of or strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Employee Experience will give you a great head start in this role.

• Drive: You are a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes ownership of your projects and priorities.
