PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG in Mannheim invites applications for an Intern (m/f/d) in Strategic Commercial Partnership Management for 6 months. You will support a European partnership program across Generics, Speciality and Clinical Trial Comparator Sourcing in an international setting.

Responsibilities include reporting, forecasts, contract support, data analysis and presenting insights to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or holding a degree in business, economics or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, commodities, or medical device industries is a plus.
• Outstanding English skills both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Outstanding collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Structured, independent, team- and result-oriented work style.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Report and forecast key achievements across countries and draft decks for C-level meetings.
• Assist in preparing business reviews with countries and partners.
• Share information and materials with countries via digital platforms.
• Support in negotiating commercial contracts with manufacturers and partners at a European level.
• Collect and streamline client requests to countries and vice versa.
• Conduct data analysis on business performance and maintain databases and dashboards.

For our headquarter in Mannheim we are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Strategic Commercial Partnership Management for 6 months.

Your Tasks

The Joint Commercial Partnership programme is designed to drive growth with key European manufacturing partners in the areas of Generics, Speciality and Clinical Trial Comparator Sourcing. You will work in an international environment and support the team on achieving financial targets and commercial excellence. Your responsibilities will be:

• Report and forecast key achievements across countries, and draft presentation decks for C-level meetings
• Assist in preparing business review meetings with countries and business partners
• Share information and materials with the countries through various digital platforms
• Support in negotiating commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, with manufacturers and partners on a European level
• Collect and streamline client requests to countries and vice versa
• Conduct data analysis on business performance, manage and update our databases and internal dashboards

Your Profile

• Pursuing or holding a degree in the field of business, economics or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, commodities, or medical device industries is a plus
• Outstanding English skills both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus
• Outstanding collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
