Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH in Bad Homburg sucht eine/n Studierende/n im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik/BA/CS, um globale IT-Projektmanager bei Planung, Tracking und Berichtswesen zu unterstützen.

Sie entwickeln Power BI-Dashboard- und KPI-Berichte, unterstützen Change-Management-Aktivitäten, erstellen Schulungsmaterialien und nutzen Office 365/Copilot, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten. Vorkenntnisse in MS Office und Interesse an HR-Prozessen sind von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Derzeit studieren Sie in einem einschlägigen Fachgebiet (z. B. Wirtschafts-/Informatik).
• Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft.
• Selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Vertrautheit mit Change-Management-Frameworks.
• Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten sowie Verständnis HR-Geschäftsprozessen sind vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung globaler IT‑Projektmanager bei Planung, Nachverfolgung und Reporting von Milestones.
• Koordination von Change-Management-Aktivitäten inkl. Stakeholder-Engagement, Impact-Analysen, Readiness-Tracking und bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Verbreitung interner Kommunikationsmaterialien, Schulungsdokumenten und Nutzerführungen zur Adoption digitaler Tools.
• Entwicklung von Power BI-Dashboards und KPI-Berichten zur Sichtbarkeit von Demand, Portfolio und Projektmanagement.
• Nutzung von Microsoft Copilot und weiteren Office-365-Tools zur Steigerung der operativen Effizienz.

Job description

Aufgaben:

• You will support global IT project managers in planning, tracking and reporting project milestones


• You will assist in coordinating change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness tracking, and communication between IT, HR, and business departments


• You will support the development and distribution of internal communication materials, training documents, and user guides to promote the adoption of digital tools and processes


• You will develop dashboards and KPI reports in Microsoft Power BI to increase visibility and transparency of our demand, portfolio and project management


• You will use Microsoft Copilot and other Office 365 tools to increase operational efficiency throughout the organization

Qualifikation:

• Current studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field


• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Italian)


• Independent and analytical working style with strong attention to detail


• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications


• Familiarity with change management frameworks


• Previous internships or working student experience, as well as an understanding of HR business processes, are advantageous
