The Team

As part of the Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team, you will join a group of professionals dedicated to driving rapid results and creating long-lasting value for our clients. The team focuses on strategic realignment, corporate restructuring, and company-wide efficiency improvements across various industries. How you will contribute

As an Intern (m/f/d), you will be part of the CTS-Deals team for 3 months (flexible start date) and your tasks will include:

• Supporting clients through end-to-end M&A and transformation initiatives, from early-stage analysis to post-deal value creation-by driving rapid, measurable improvements that translate into sustainable long-term success.
• Conducting rigorous financial and operational analyses, including elements of Financial Due Diligence (FDD), to develop forward-looking strategies and shape successful post-deal transformation concepts.
• Collaborating on international, cross-functional projects across diverse industries, covering strategic realignment, carve-outs, post-merger integration, corporate restructuring, and company-wide performance improvement programs.
