What You’ll Do

• You will actively participate in all phases of transactions and portfolio management.
• You will assist in due diligence projects by creating market and competitive analyses and analyzing business plans.
• You will help evaluate companies and prepare investment proposals, including your own assessments.
• You will support the development and implementation of value enhancement and expansion plans for portfolio companies.
• You will contribute ideas for exit preparations.

What You Need

• You are close to completing your Bachelor’s degree or are in a Master’s program in Business, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• You have some practical experience in a leading international management consultancy, M&A advisory, or private equity.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• You combine analytical depth with a pragmatic approach and are willing to go the extra mile.
• You work proactively, develop your own viewpoints, and are genuinely interested in different perspectives.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, use AI tools comfortably, and speak fluent German and English.
• You bring a positive spirit that inspires others and can laugh at yourself.
