PIMCO Prime Real Estate in Frankfurt am Main seeks an intern (m/f/d) for the Development – Project Management team. You will support coordinating project phases from design through execution, analyze design and technical documentation, and help monitor timelines and budgets.

The role requires active student status in engineering or real estate, with fluency in English and German, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Active student from an engineering school, or with a specialization in real estate, with a strong interest in real estate or architecture.
• Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in construction project management is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, as well as German.
• Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize, conceptualize, and solve problems effectively in dynamic environments.
• Team player, autonomous, and proactive.

The Development – Project Management team is responsible for repositioning and preparing assets to meet future challenges. By combining technical expertise with strategic vision, the team collaborates with various stakeholders to develop Prime assets. Anticipating the needs of investors and tenants, the team designs programs to enhance portfolio resilience and asset appeal, reduce carbon footprints and obsolescence, and maximize financial performance through top-quality products.

What You Will Do
