Redcare Pharmacy in Köln, Germany offers an internship focused on employer branding, content creation, and storytelling. You’ll support content production, events, onboarding, recruiting campaigns, and employer-brand projects while collaborating with international teams.

• Create and edit video, images, and written content.
• Help plan and organize internal and external employer branding events.
• Support onboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new employees.
• Manage employer branding materials and event inventory.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns.

About the role

This internship focuses on Employer Branding, content creation, and storytelling, helping Redcare Pharmacy showcase its people, culture, and employee experience. You’ll support content production, events, onboarding,recruiting campaigns, and employer-brand projects while collaborating with international teams and contributing your own creative ideas.
