Debt Syndicate Germany is part of UniCredit’s Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions. The team is responsible for structuring, pricing, and syndicating loan transactions for German and international corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Working closely with Investment Grade Financing Solutions, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Relationship Management teams, Debt Syndicate plays a key role in executing acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, and other strategic financing transactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
