Job summary

Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart-Vaihingen is offering an internship in Customer Portfolio Management. You will support international projects, contribute to change management, and help document meetings and project activities within a global department.

The role includes creating presentations and collaborating with colleagues from Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Vans and Legal. As a mandatory internship, you will gain exposure to CRM, change management, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable course of study.
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally initial experience in Marketing, Sales or Customer Management.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international team.
• Analytical way of thinking as well as a structured and proactive way of working.
• High level of engagement, flexibility and intercultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in international projects within the Customer Portfolio Management Team.
• Support change management initiatives across the department and contribute to successful implementation in global markets.
• Coordinate and document meetings, workshops, and project activities while supporting project management processes.
• Create, structure, and prepare presentations and communication materials for different stakeholder groups.
• Maintain and further develop knowledge management and information-sharing platforms, such as Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from areas such as Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Vans, and Legal.

The Customer Portfolio Management Team is part of the Customer Data, CRM & Consent Management department. Our mission is to deliver a high-quality customer experience and thereby strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

To achieve this, we focus on standardizing processes, supporting the implementation of CRM systems, and driving change management initiatives across our global markets.
