LuxExperience is seeking an Intern Buying Assistant to support the Buying Assistance team in Munich. You will help with order entry, data accuracy, and daily tasks while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth buying processes.

Ideal candidates have a business or fashion background, enthusiasm for luxury fashion, and strong Excel and English communication skills. The role offers hybrid work and professional growth in a global luxury group.

• Academic degree, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion or other relevant qualification.
• Enthusiasm for international luxury fashion.
• Reliability, detail orientation and the ability to work in a team.
• Experienced with Excel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supports order entry and checks data accuracy
• Supports Buying Assistance team in their daily activities
• Supports Buying Assistance team in preparing returns to the vendors

• Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)
