What you´ll do

Support the Global Total Rewards team in managing the annual compensation cycles

Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation practices

Develop engaging communication about our compensation cycles

Support in the preparation of diverse projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas

  • Assist in regular reporting to ensure high data quality

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven expertise MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Interest in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data

Passion for HR and compensation topics

Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement

Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands‑on experience

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
