Role and responsibilities

• As part of the Integration Team of the Nexi Group, take holistic responsibility for the implementation and management of the integration of payment solutions with partners.
• Act as project manager and owner for established integrations, guiding projects technically and IT-wise from concept through piloting to production handover, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers (e.g., cash service providers, payment service providers).
• Coordinate with internal departments on project-related requirements (e.g., card schemes, PSPs, network operators, terminal manufacturers); create and maintain test cases, test plans, and validation activities.
• Support and further develop the POS segment (cash registers, multi-/omnichannel solutions) in close alignment with product management and sales.
• Ensure product quality in complex systems by systematically verifying compliance with card schemes and regulatory requirements (e.g., EMV, PCI).
• Maintain and evolve integration solutions; develop and maintain product and solution documentation.

Qualifications and requirements

• Solid professional and project experience as a project manager or consultant in payment/retail integration projects; looking to take the next career step.
• Experience with SOAP APIs and/or Android SDKs.
• Solid understanding of processes in financial services and card payments.
• Familiarity with standard project consultancy methods (analyze current state, develop solutions, options and recommendations, plan and implement).
• Solution- and results-oriented work style with strong stakeholder management and collaborative spirit.
• IT knowledge of web and network technologies; knowledge of POS protocols (ZVT, GICC, IFSF, EP2, etc.).
• Completed studies in a technical and/or business-related field and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills; proficient English.
• Very good command of MS Office tools.
