Zusammenfassung

A medium-sized industrial company located in Stadtroda is seeking a candidate to serve as a central point of contact for their sales force and customers across the EMEA region. Your role will include providing administrative support, developing inquiries and quotations, and managing customer data in various systems. Ideal candidates should have a completed commercial training or degree, initial experience in sales, and strong communication skills in both German and English. Your tasks
  • Central point of contact with interface function for our sales force and our national and international customers in the EMEA region
  • Telephone consultation and administrative support for our customers, partners, and prospects, including presales consultation and aftersales support
  • Independently developing, processing, and following up on inquiries, quotations, and loan items
  • Checking incoming orders, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating delivery times with interface functions
  • Maintaining customer master data in the merchandise management system and CRM system
  • Taking over lead, quotation, and opportunity management in the CRM system
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training / degree or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in cross-border internal sales
  • Confident in using merchandise management systems, CRM systems, and MS Office
  • Service- and customer-oriented communication
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Committed, structured, and independent way of working
