Zusammenfassung

Hengstler seeks an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to manage a regional customer portfolio and support Territory Managers in business development.

You will drive lead generation, manage quotations, and maintain accurate customer data in SAP and Salesforce, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a comparable commercial role.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and supporting business growth independently.
• Experience preparing quotations and discussing pricing with customers in a B2B environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive working style.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
