Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Software-Abonnements.
  • Erfahrung im Upselling/Cross-Selling von Software-Produkten.
  • Hohe Selbstmotivation und Bereitschaft zur konstanten Weiterentwicklung.

Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Manager for the EMEA region. Drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market. Your Tasks
  • Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning & implementation of strategies
  • Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth
  • Createpresentations,reports,andstatistics,andorganizetrainingsessionsandmeetings
  • Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharing insights
  • Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, OrderFulfillmentCenter, Product Management, and all related departments
  • Management and maintenance of data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities
  • Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and engage with clients

Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals
  • Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to work in across-functional environment
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations
  • Business fluent in German and English
