FERCHAU sucht einen Ingenieur Technical Support im Bereich Windenergie (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung komplexer Turbinensysteme, Koordination mit Field-Teams, Engineering und Kunden sowie Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro- oder Mechatronik mit, Kenntnisse in Schaltplänen, Erfahrung im technischen Support, ISO-Dokumentation sowie Reisebereitschaft und gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Offshore-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-, Mechatronik- oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Kenntnisse im Lesen/Beurteilen von Schaltplänen; praktische Erfahrung mit Schaltschrankeinsätzen.
• Erfahrung im technischen Support, Wartung oder Troubleshooting komplexer Maschinen – Windindustrie bevorzugt.
• Vertrautheit mit Methoden der Fehlerursachenanalyse (FMEA/8D).
• Offshore-Windwartung wünschenswert; GWO-Zertifizierung vorteilhaft.
• Souveräner Umgang mit technischen Dokumenten/Normen nach ISO-Standards.
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands/Europa; Auslandseinsätze möglich.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich; Französisch/Spanisch vorteilhaft.

Responsabilités

• Untersuchung komplexer technischer Probleme in Windturbinensystemen.
• Koordination der Fehlerbehebung zwischen Feldteams, Ingenieuren und Kunden.
• Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen (FMEA/8D) zur Lösung wiederkehrender Fehler.
• Entwicklung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen und technischen Dokumentationen.
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Retrofit-Maßnahmen in Windparks.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering-Design-Teams und Servicebetrieb.
• Anpassung von Designs für sicheren, zuverlässigen Betrieb.
• Validierung von Prototypen in Zusammenarbeit mit Technikern onsite/offshore.
• Bedarfsermittlung für Ersatzteile; Koordination mit Logistik via ERP.
• Unterstützung von Lean-Initiativen; Einhaltung LV/HV-Prozeduren und Windturbine-Sicherheitsregeln.

Ingenieur Technical Support / Wind Energy (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Investigation of complex technical issues in wind turbine systems, including electrical, mechanical and control components
• Coordination of troubleshooting between field teams, engineering and customers using tools such as SAP and Jira
• Lead root-cause analyses with methods like FMEA or 8D-Report to identify solutions for recurring failures
• Development and revision of work instructions, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation with MS Office and document management systems
• Evaluation and implementation of retrofit measures in operational wind parks based on system data analysis
• Interface function between engineering design teams and service operations for solution transfer into field application
• Adaptation and optimization of designs for safe, reliable, economic operation
• Validation of prototypes during initial rollout phases in collaboration with field technicians onsite or offshore
• Management of spare parts needs identification; coordination with logistics for tooling requirements via ERP systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean projects; promote compliance with LV/HV procedures and Wind Turbine Safety Rules

Das bringst du mit

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical qualification
• Knowledge in reading/evaluating electrical schematics; practical experience assessing switch cabinets
• Experience in technical support, maintenance or troubleshooting complex machinery—wind industry preferred
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methods (FMEA/8D), preventive/corrective maintenance practices
• Offshore wind maintenance experience desirable; GWO certification advantageous
• Proficiency creating/reviewing technical documents/manuals following ISO standards
• Practical experience within Germany or Europe required; willingness to travel internationally/offshore as needed
• Knowledge of international collaboration, Proficient English language knowledge required (French/Spanish is an advantage)
