A leading data center management company in Frankfurt is seeking a Technical Manager to coordinate projects across various teams. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure or data center environments, strong communication skills in Chinese and English, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. The position is fully on-site and offers a full-time contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in infrastructure or data center environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, facilities).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in Chinese and English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with overseas data centers, procurement teams, engineering teams, and suppliers.
• Track project milestones, supplier feedback, and technical deliverables.
• Manage renewal timelines for existing data centers and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Support evaluation and execution of data center decommissioning plans.
• Assist with site selection and project management.
• Monitor technical issues related to power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.

Contract: Full-time, 1 year contract (extension possible)
Work authorization: Candidates must have legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas data centers, procurement teams, engineering teams and suppliers
• Track project milestones, supplier feedback and technical deliverables
• Manage renewal timelines for existing data centers and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Support evaluation and execution of data center decommissioning plans
• Assist with site selection and test project management (planning, execution, safety, QA)
• Monitor technical issues related to power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, especially high-risk topics
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with required quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in infrastructure or data center environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
• Understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, facilities)
• Excellent communication and reporting skillsChinese and English language skills
• Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt
