Location and eligibility

Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, 1 year contract (extension possible)
Work authorization: Candidates must have legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas data centers, procurement teams, engineering teams and suppliers
• Track project milestones, supplier feedback and technical deliverables
• Manage renewal timelines for existing data centers and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Support evaluation and execution of data center decommissioning plans
• Assist with site selection and test project management (planning, execution, safety, QA)
• Monitor technical issues related to power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, especially high-risk topics
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with required quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in infrastructure or data center environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
• Understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, facilities)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with global or multi-site data center programs
• Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, network, facilities)
