US-Joint-Activities in Stuttgart, Germany seeks a DoD Cyber Workforce Planner for HQUSEUCOM, ECJ6. This role leads USEUCOM-wide cyber workforce planning, develops training programs, and manages the overall J6 workforce training initiative.
The position requires one year of specialized experience and supports critical planning, policy development, and training program implementation for a mission-ready cyber workforce.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Serves as DoD Cyber Workforce Planner for HQUSEUCOM, ECJ6. Is the technical expert and authority responsible for USEUCOM-wide C4/Cyber DoD Cyber Workforce Framework and is the Planning officer developing, implementing and managing the comprehensive J6 Workforce training effort.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Overseeing the cyber workforce planning and training programs for an organization; 2) designing cyber training programs that support overall organizational objectives of building a qualified, mission-ready cyber workforce; AND 3) implementing policies, processes, and strategic plans related to establishing the coding, training, and qualifying of a cyber workforce to standardize the structure and ensure training/certification compliance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
