RxREVU, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) IT Project Manager to oversee implementation, operation and maintenance of USAFE-unique, in-garrison, GSU, NATO, theater coalition and partner nation systems.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Coalition Information Technology (IT) Project Manager with responsibility for providing project oversight for implementation, operation and maintenance of USAFE-unique in-garrison, GSU, NATO, theater coalition and partner nations systems.Qualifications:In order to qualify, you must meet the requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Information Technology (IT) Management Series, GS-2210 (Alternate A).
EXPERIENCE: Must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the following four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving AND have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GS-11) or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience includes: applying a wide range of IT principles, concepts, methods, policies, designs, tests, and applications for both hardware and software to assess the organization’s IT business requirements; utilizing systems architecture, integration techniques, and testing methods to conduct feasibility studies; and performing feasibility studies, cost analysis reviews, and strategic investment plans to develop courses of action along with suitable alternatives.
FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. NOTE: Applicants applying as VEOA candidates who are current GS civil service employees or are prior GS civil service employees within the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements.
