Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an IT project manager to support DoD government contracting and the BlackNet Operations Center in Germany. You will review project portfolios, manage schedules, and lead risk assessment efforts with federal standards in mind.

You will coordinate IT installations, PMIs/ASIs, track assets, and interact with project managers, network engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• Experience supporting complex technical projects and or programs within the Department of Defense (DOD)
• Strong understanding and ability to communicate confidently regarding IT networking and systems technologies
• Strong working knowledge of DOD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Assess IT projects and operational issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring IT project progress, intervention, and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
• Coordinate installations, ASIs, and PMIs for BlackNet operating locations
• Oversee operational aspects of ongoing IT projects
• Serve as liaison between project management and planning, network engineering, and line management
• Assist in developing contract-required products, including technical direction plans, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and risk-register management
• Track BlackNet assets through the operating environment
• Manage procurement tracking, budgetary impacts, and lifecycle requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; and obtain/maintain additional clearance or accesses required by specific customer requirements
