Overview

You will manage the entire Workforce IT environment for Masterplan's employees, ensuring every Masterplaner can work smoothly, securely, and with the best tools. You’ll handle day-to-day IT operations, device management, SaaS administration, network management, and InfoSec, while always seeking ways to improve how we work and to become more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate assets (macOS/Windows devices, peripherals, SaaS applications), from strategic planning and IT procurement through maintenance, deployment, to secure decommissioning.
• Manage and enforce configurations, security policies, and application deployment using our Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (Iru/Intune).
• Administer digital identities, accounts, and permissions across all corporate SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Design and implement automation for efficient and secure user onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and maintain our office LAN/WLAN infrastructure, monitoring network performance to ensure reliable high-speed connectivity.
• Maintain a robust security posture by performing patch and vulnerability management across the entire device fleet.
• Actively manage the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution, including monitoring security events and responding to incidents.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to continuously improve our ISMS and successfully pass audits.
• Deliver responsive and friendly IT support for our team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows device management
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Experience with MDM and IAM tools, e.g. Iru (Kandji), Intune, Entra ID, Okta, …
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including configuration and maintenance of office LAN/WLAN, switches, and access points
• Good understanding of modern authentication and authorisation methods and best practices. Familiarity with key protocols used in a cloud environment, such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC, and their application in SaaS administration
• Basic understanding of IT security practices, including secure access and data handling, configuration management, and endpoint protection principles
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance frameworks
• Service-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience automating IT workflows using scripting languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python) or low-code solutions like Zapier or Make
• Hands-on experience with modern cybersecurity technologies and practices, including Endpoint Detection and Response and vulnerability management processes
• Experience in a scale-up or fast-moving tech environment
• Fluency in German
