Jobtailor in Munich is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing & Creator Relations Lead to build strategic creator partnerships across the DACH region. You will own outreach, briefings, and day-to-day communication with creators, negotiate partnerships, and ensure timely content delivery and approvals.

You'll evaluate content quality, track performance with Google Sheets and platform analytics, and manage a structured Creator CRM.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or PR, on the agency or brand side.
• Based in Munich or willing to move there.
• Willing to be on the ground for events and appointments.
• Strong relationship skills and clear, professional communication across DMs, briefings, calls, and emails.
• Ability to identify stories likely to be picked up and follow up consistently.
• Ability to win creators and editors over with story, product, and fair terms rather than discount codes.
• Structured and reliable handling of briefings, contracts, timelines, and tracking.
• Sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Comfortable reading performance numbers and drawing conclusions using Google Sheets and platform analytics.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Nice to have: existing DACH editor and creator network, affiliate or ambassador programme experience, or events experience.

• Identify creators aligned with ALEMI's values, aesthetic, and audience
• Own creator outreach, briefings, and day-to-day communication
• Negotiate partnerships and buyouts; coordinate content delivery, approvals, and timelines
• Evaluate content quality and performance and manage strategic usage across channels
• Build and maintain a structured Creator CRM with performance tracking
• Develop gifting and seeding, testimonial, ambassador, and affiliate programmes
• Report results with KPIs and optimisation ideas in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Lead
• Build and maintain a DACH press network focused on fashion, business, and lifestyle media
• Pitch brand, founder, product launch, Italian manufacturing, and equality stories
• Write and place press releases, prepare interviews, and handle press requests
• Assemble and send press packages and seedings and track distribution
• Track coverage and share insights on what resonated, where, and why
• Plan and host press and creator events
• Represent ALEMI at industry events, press appointments, and creator meetings
• Coordinate product handovers, loans and returns, and samples for shoots
• Bring local market knowledge and relevant contacts back to the team
