WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing program in Italy
• Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress toward growth targets
• Oversee and nurture partner relationships
• Partner closely with the data organisation to improve tracking capabilities and measure effectiveness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3 years of experience as an Influencer/Affiliate Manager in a business‑to‑consumer, app‑first business including 1 year of relevant experience at a high‑growth technology company
• Analytical mindset – experience with automating reports and confidence in Excel
• Experience managing external partners and vendors
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Italian
