You’ll own and scale our influencer marketing strategy in Germany, building long-term creator partnerships and turning influencer efforts into a core acquisition channel that drives measurable business impact.

Aufgaben

• Own the Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for VOY Weight Loss, aligning creator initiatives with business and growth objectives.
• Build High-Impact Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers to establish long‑term partnerships that drive awareness and customer acquisition.
• Scale Performance: Monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, analyze results and continuously optimise influencer investments to maximize ROI.
• Lead Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting, ensuring excellent execution and consistent brand messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative and Medical teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience while remaining compliant.
• Identify New Opportunities: Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms and creator formats to continuously evolve our influencer strategy.

As Influencer Lead (m/f/d), you will own and scale our influencer marketing strategy across Germany. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building long-term creator partnerships, and making influencer marketing one of our strongest acquisition channels. Working closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM and Creative teams, you'll combine creativity with data-driven decision making to deliver measurable business impact.

What You Need To Shine

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing, ideally in a fast‑growing consumer or digital health company.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience managing performance-driven influencer campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with experience negotiating partnerships and building long‑term creator relationships.
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse campaign performance, derive insights and optimise based on KPIs.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment and taking ownership from strategy through execution.
• Fluent German and English, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
