This role is dedicated to driving new customer acquisition by harnessing the power of influencer marketing and paid social performance. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on, data‑driven approach to build, optimize, and scale campaigns that contribute directly to growth. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, you will shape and execute initiatives that elevate our brand visibility and deliver measurable impact.

Your tasks:

• Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
• Design and run influencer campaigns from concept to reporting, ensuring strong creative fit and performance
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead to align influencer marketing with paid social activities
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms for new go‑to‑market products and initiatives
• Support the Product team with planning and executing A/B tests to enhance acquisition funnel performance
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify innovative influencer opportunities and new growth levers
