Job summary

Hitachi Energy Germany AG sucht am Standort Bad Honnef eine/n Industrielackierer/in (m/w/d). Es werden große Transformer für Energiesysteme gefertigt; du sorgst für robuste, korrosionsgeschützte Oberflächen und führst Lackierarbeiten präzise aus.

Qualifications

• Facharbeiterausbildung als Industrielackierer (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lackierung und Korrosionsschutz von Vorteil.
• Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern und Hubarbeitsbühnen von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Oberflächen reinigen und schleifen für gute Haftung des Lacks.
• Lacke nach Herstellerangaben mischen und auftragen.
• Verschraubungen versiegeln, um Korrosion vorzubeugen.
• Kleine Lackschäden beseitigen und Reparaturanstriche durchführen.

Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bad Honnef suchen wir dich als Industrielackierer (m/w/d). Am Standort werden große Leistungs-, Industrie- und Phasenschiebertransformatoren für die Energiewende gefertigt. Sie bringen Energie dorthin, wo sie gebraucht wird - in Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge, Städte, Krankenhäuser, Unternehmen und viele mehr. Bei unseren Kunden sind unsere bis zu 600 Tonnen schweren Transformatoren über viele Jahre verschiedensten Wetterbedingungen ausgesetzt. Um diesen Stand zu halten, benötigen sie eine robuste und korrosionsgeschützte Oberfläche. Mit deinen Fachkenntnissen, deiner Sorgfältigkeit und Lernbereitschaft stellst du sicher, dass wir diese hohen Anforderungen erfüllen.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du reinigst und schleifst die zu lackierenden Oberflächen für eine optimale Haftung des Lacks
• Du mischst die Lacke nach Herstellerangaben und trägst diese auf die Oberflächen auf
• Du versiegelst fachgerecht Verschraubungen, um Korrosion vorzubeugen
• Du beseitigst kleinere Lackschäden
• Du führst Reparaturanstriche an vorhandenen Maschinen, Gerüsten und Gebäuden nach Anweisung aus
• Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese anhand von Prüfdokumenten
• Du hältst die Vorgaben für Ordnung und Sauberkeit während der Arbeitsprozesse ein

Das bringst du mit

• Du hast Deine Facharbeiterausbildung als Industrielackierer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit und kennst dich idealerweise bereits mit Korrosionsschutz aus
• Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern und Hubarbeitsbühnen ist von Vorteil
• Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest präzise und hast ein hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich
