ALTEN is a leading engineering services provider seeking engineers for maintenance, MRO, and technical implementation in aviation, including the military A400M program. You will analyze drawings, derive implementation measures and coordinate topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering or comparable technical qualification.
• Initial experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation in aviation.
• Ability to read and assess technical drawings and documentation.
• Exposure to military aviation programmes (e.g. A400M) is a plus.
• Good English; Spanish is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Work in maintenance, MRO and technical implementation within aviation, including military transport domain (A400M).
• Support industrialization of measures from maintenance and change documentation during ongoing flight operations.
• Analyze technical documentation and drawings to derive implementation measures.
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production.
• Support introduction of measures into processes and ensure conformity and compliance.
• Contribute to workflow and technical standard optimization in the MRO environment.
• Support fault/root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• work in the environment of maintenance, MRO and technical implementation in the aviation sector, particularly within the military transport aircraft domain (e.g. A400M)
• support the industrialization of technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during ongoing flight operations
• analyse technical documentation and drawings and derive implementation and introduction measures
• coordinate technical topics with adjacent departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality and production
• support the introduction of measures into existing processes and ensure technical conformity and compliance
• contribute to the optimization of workflows, processes and technical standards within the MRO environment
• support fault analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

YOU...

• hold a completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• have initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation within the aviation sector - ideally with exposure to military aviation programmes (e.g. A400M)
• have a solid technical understanding and are able to read, understand and assess technical drawings and documentation
• have initial exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities
• experience in a continued airworthiness or CAMO environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
• work in a structured, communicative and solution-oriented manner
• good English skills are required; Spanish skills are considered a plus
