IREKS GmbH in Kulmbach bietet eine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/-frau mit 2,5 Jahren Dauer an. Du lernst Einkaufs- und Logistikprozesse, Vertrieb und Marketing, Buchhaltung sowie Personal und Kundensupport. Von Beginn an arbeitest du in verschiedenen Abteilungen und sammelst praktische Erfahrungen im Unternehmen.

Your training professions

Are you good at organizing things and interested in business processes? As an Industrial Management Assistant (all genders) you can combine both!

Your training

• Purchasing and logistics: You will take care of purchasing materials and goods, negotiate with suppliers and make sure that everything arrives on time and in the best quality.
• Sales and marketing: You will support the sale of products, prepare quotations and process orders. You will contribute to marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote our products and services.
• Finance and accounting: You will prepare invoices and process payments. You will also help with preparing balance sheets and annual financial statements.
• Human resources: You will support the administration of employee data, plan training courses and help with recruitment and employee development.
• Customer support: You will stay in contact with customers, answer enquiries and make sure they are satisfied. You will often communicate in different languages.

Duration: 2.5 years

Vocational College: Daily instruction course in Kulmbach

Requirements: Intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher
