POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Induct, develop, and assign revisions for drop-in work, including document creation using the current SAP program.
2. Assist scheduler with ordering parts, updating Schedule 2000 with revision data, Lawson, and SAP, along with local vendors.
3. Monitor, receive, and create POs requests in SAP.
4. Run labor reports (ZC_LABOR) for assigned crew at the beginning and end of each shift to resolve clocking issues.
5. Monitor WIP (work in progress) reports, identify skills and ability to bring revisions to a debit memo request (DMR), and coordinate review and posting by the General Manager or delegated representative. Collaborate with CSM & General Manager to achieve monthly sales objectives.
6. Facilitate issues between the service center and iMRO team as needed, including running and interpreting reports using Electronic Data (EDW).
7. Identify areas for improvement concerning current metrics.
8. Complete iMRO requirements for TDY transfer of support staff between Service Centers.
9. Handle routine paperwork and complete forms according to company policy.
10. Update Schedule 2 system daily for service revisions.
11. Support CSM with invoice creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good German and English language skills.
• Aircraft maintenance experience is desirable.
