A global e-commerce SaaS platform is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Berlin to lead technical onboarding projects for clients in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in e-commerce implementation or SaaS onboarding, and is fluent in German. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementation processes, conducting discovery calls, and providing technical training to merchants. We are looking for an Implementation Specialist with experience in SaaS onboarding, merchant integrations, or technical customer success to support our growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Onboarding Specialist in a tech startup, e-commerce company, or ERP/SaaS provider.
In this role, you will lead technical onboarding projects, helping new customers configure their Base.com account, integrate with their online stores and marketplaces, and get value from day one. You’ll act as the trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey and ensure a smooth go‑live experience for each customer.
